The Staffing Consultant role is responsible for building a pipeline of qualified candidates through sourcing, screening, interviewing and submitting to clients. We take the time to build relationships with both clients and candidates alike so we can truly understand what they need and how we can help them succeed.
As a Staffing Consultant, you’re expected to exercise your discretion, confidentiality and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance that are directly related to the management and operation of the business.
Full time career | $43,000 – $47,000 annually (depending on overall skills and/or industry related experience) | Eligible for monthly commissions after first three months of employment
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities: Sales, Staffing & Recruiting
Sales:
– Client Management & New Business Development of existing clients
– Client Visits, Identification of New Opportunities, and Lead Generation
– Manage order intake for new & existing clients
– Price business in alignment with market pricing strategy
– Ensuring compliance with Spherion, County, State, Federal and Client requirements
– Track client performance & metrics
– Manage multiple clients that consist of small, medium and larger volume accounts (Bronze, Silver & Platinum levels)
– Execute joint Client Business Reviews (CBR))
– Execute joint Sales Solution Design (SSD)
– Execute joint Request For Proposal responses (RFP)
Staffing & Recruiting:
– Embody the Spherion Mission, Vision and Core Values
– Complete all required Spherion role based training
– Execute the Spherion Operating Model as a best practice
– Match candidates to open orders (responsible for fulfillment of orders)
– Hire and place candidates on assignments
– Actionable care in managing employees on assignments
– Facilitate redeployment of employees
– Facilitate conversations on conversions
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
