Acts as a mentor to less-experienced staff and may provide work direction or supervise other technical employees.• Exercises judgment independently.• Planning/Organization-Plans and organizes project assignments of substantial variety and complexity. Initiates or maintains schedule for projects and project milestones. Establishes priorities of individual or project assignments.• Decision Making/Impact-Selects methods and techniques to lead a project to completion. Erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in failure to achieve major organizational objectives.Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar. or equivalent combination of education and work experience• Minimum 9 years of related experience• Must have experience in R&D or design of balloon catheters.• Experience and proficiency in using Solid Works.• Medical Device ExperiencePreferred Qualifications• LabView• MiniTabApply Now• Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
