Responsibilities Include
• Assisting with accounting operations of the company’s accounting department
• Monthly balance sheets
• Account reconciliations
• Journal entries
• Tax information
• Summarize details in separate ledgers and transfer data to general ledger
• Responsible for functions under Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Analyze financial reporting to discuss with management
Qualifications
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree – Accounting or Finance
• Basic understanding of GAAP
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
