Job Overview:
This candidate will partner with others to enter, ensure, and maintain the accuracy of data supporting our IT asset inventory and the M&A onboarding. They will also work with other business analysts, developers, engineers, and product owners to deliver products in a collaborative and agile environment to enhance and modernize the platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical information.
• Utilize JIRA, ServiceNow and other tools to manage and track project progress effectively.
• Work in an agile environment.
• Leverage your financial services experience to provide valuable insights into industry-specific needs and challenges.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business processes, and systems.
• Create and update comprehensive documentation.
What are we looking for?

Requirements:
• 5+ years of expertise in understanding and analyzing business process, business needs, designing solutions based on needs, articulating business impacts, and ensuring federal/state compliance.
• Detailed and process oriented with demonstrated capabilities in business process design, modeling and requirements analysis; ability to translate into detailed system requirements and/or analytics/reporting specifications.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation across multiple sources.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in project management tools like JIRA.
Preferred Skills:
• Excellent understanding of system integration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with basic project management skills.
• Experience working with project plans, deadlines, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in business documentation, including project documentation maintenance.
Pay Range:
$80,700.00 – $134,500.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
