Your Role: Defines the vision and sets the strategy for products that are typically sophisticated, highly-technical, and with deep collaborator engagement.
Your work:
• Defines the vision and sets the strategy for products that are typically sophisticated, highly-technical, and with deep collaborator engagement
• Has accountability for all decisions related to the product
• Is a product SME: Understands business rules/logic associated with the products and ensures they are detailed and maintained; resolves and is actively participating in the appropriate user research activities, defines product critical metrics and maintains and reports out on product analytics on an ongoing basis, and regularly seeks out market data to develop points of view and make well-informed product decisions
• Where appropriate, partners closely with UI/UX designers to build seamless user experiences
• Develops cases to secure funding for new capabilities
• Collaborates with technology partners on a regular basis to align on vision, strategy, roadmap prioritization, and release schedule, including delivering feedback on existing products and introducing potential products/capabilities to the roadmap
• Partners closely with organizational change, marketing, operations, and other impacted teams to identify operational and user implications/impacts as part of release planning; responsible for ensuring operational and business readiness, and prioritization
• Acts as the liaison between business and engineering/delivery teams, representing the needs of the business while championing on behalf of the end user
• Actively handles and leads collaborators; responsible for ensuring collaborators and leadership are well-informed of pertinent issues, concerns or challenges
• Acts as point of escalation for cross-functional teams (e.g., Business, Marketing, IT)
• Leads and defines operational activities within the organization as needed
Required Experience, Education and Skills
• Bachelor’s of Science or equivalent
• An understanding of the end-to-end SDLC
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
• Teammate able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others and move toward consensus
• Excellent situational analysis, data analysis and decision-making abilities
• Flexible, adaptable, and ability to handle ambitious priorities
• 7 years of Previous product management experience
• 4 years of Digital product management experience for web and mobile applications, preferably consumer-facing, including experience in developing product strategy, roadmaps, and shown success launching new digital products
• 2 years’ experience of Digital product management in sophisticated, matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaborators
• 2 years’ experience writing requirements in an agile environment and collaborating with UX and engineering teams
• 2 years’ experience representing and championing the voice of the customer across the organization

The national average salary range for this position is $136,800 – $152,000. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $123,120 – $182,500. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay.
