Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and expert-level Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in Salesforce administration, Pardot administration, Marketing Cloud administration, and related communication tools such as SMS Magic and Ring Central. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage and optimize our Salesforce environment to support our business operations and marketing efforts effectively.
What you’ll do
• Manage and configure Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Work with business owners to ensure that our Salesforce set up is optimized to meet our growing organizational needs
• Create documentation outlining existing Salesforce set up, process, flows and data definitions
• Work with our engineering teams to tightly integrateSalesforce to our eLearning/Student Information System platforms
• Perform regular system audits, data integrity checks, and database de-duping/cleanup.
• Create and maintain complex reports and dashboards to support business requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users across the organization.
• Ensure data synchronization between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure integrations between Salesforce and third party communications tools are working seamlessly; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
About you
You’ll fit right in if you are/have:
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Experience with high price point B2C or B2B sales
• Extensive experience with Pardot, Salesforce integrations, Marketing Cloud, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and other modules
• Experience supporting multiple cross functional departments and directors
• Experience being both an individual contributor and management
• Experience integrating third party communications tools (SMS, telephony) into Salesforce
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Salesforce Administrator Certifications preferred (Salesforce Associate, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator or Platform App Builder)
• Must be comfortable working a flexible schedule

• NYC | Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in our Tribeca office
