A successful candidate will also be adept at time management and adopt a solution-oriented approach to resolving business challenges.What You’ll Do:• Lead the integration and data migration of a new workflow tool that supports rebate operations, CLM, annual vendor negotiations, and cost update workflows.• Collaborate closely with main stakeholders including Category Management, Accounting, Legal, and Finance to ensure the product meets cross-departmental needs.• Manage the product timeline from concept through to deployment, ensuring timely completion within set deadlines.• Coordinate with technical teams to address system requirements, troubleshooting, and enhancements for seamless integration.• Tracks initiative success metrics to drive accountability and transparency; continuously looks for ways to improve these mechanisms.• Conduct rigorous testing phases to ensure the tool’s functionality aligns with business requirements and user needs.• Tracks key milestones and manages detailed product plans to drive execution and accountability.• Facilitate comprehensive training sessions and create detailed documentation to ensure stakeholders are proficient in using the new system.• Monitor and report on the tool’s performance post-implementation, making adjustments based on feedback and evolving business needs.• Influence senior leaders to drive short term to long term direction for Retail Ops.• Drive responsible sourcing across all products, drive sustainability, and high-quality product development.• Oversee the development and implementation of new features and functionalities tailored to improve Chewy’s business objectives.What You’ll Need:• Completion of a BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in software or workflow system integration.• Proven track record of managing large-scale products involving cross-functional teams.• Strong technical acumen with experience in systems integration and data migration.• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders across Category Management, Accounting, Legal, and Finance.• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, driving both strategic vision and tactical execution.• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management, rebate operations, and workflow product management is preferred.• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.• Expert in Excel/SQL• This position may require travelChewy is committed to equal opportunity.
