Adobe’s Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering impactful and effective marketing programs to our customers. Our goal is to drive long-term revenue growth for Adobe through innovative, impactful and scalable marketing programs. We are looking for a creative and analytical Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle and email channel strategy and implementation for Adobe Document Cloud.
As a member of the Lifecycle Marketing Acquisition team, you will create and implement lifecycle strategies designed to acquire, engage and onboard new users for long term business growth. In addition, you will collaborate on broader cross-functional initiatives with Product Growth, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market and Adobe.com partner teams.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage Lifecycle marketing acquisition campaigns from end-to-end. Develop and analyze key marketing metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting revenue goals.
• Turn business goals and priorities into quarterly and annual lifecycle marketing plans, gaining consensus across the organization.
• Develop a framework that prioritizes Document Cloud lifecycle marketing initiatives based on business impact and scalability.
• Build weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that quantify impact, identify trends, and partner with analytics team on ad-hoc analysis and deep dives.
• Build test and learn plans that continuously improve program engagement through personalization, dynamic content, and creative optimization. Understand performance and measurement of A/B tests to drive insights and recommendations.
• Partner with key cross-functional teams such as Product, PMM, Go-To-Market, and Analytics to ensure that we are delivering excellent user experiences and personalized journeys.identify and launch new programs that deliver conversion benefit.
• Build positive relationships and interact with key business partners across Adobe, ranging from marketing peers to senior leadership.
• Harness technology for programmatic personalization at scale, using APIs, machine-learning models, and behavioral data to improve customer relevancy and revenue impact,
What you need to succeed:
• Intermediate to advanced email marketing experience, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
• Extensive experience in email or in-product and (or other relevant performance marketing channels) with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation.
• Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data, identify trends and advance initiatives to optimize performance
• Proven experience deriving and using customer data to understand the customer base. Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiency.
• Outstanding communicator, persistent problem solver, and creative strategist with attention to detail.
• Cross-functional collaborator, skilled in building relationships with product managers, analysts, creative teams, and content creators.
• Tech or SaaS experience preferred, ideally in a multi-funnel or multi-vertical business model.
• 7+ years experience, with BA/BS; MBA a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,100 — $206,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
