As a Sr. Growth Manager for Adobe’s self-serve B2B business, you will have ownership of building and implementing the growth strategy to drive subscriptions revenue from small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) on Adobe’s self-serve surfaces like Adobe.com. This is a global role that spans all of Adobe’s Digital Media Products like Photoshop, Acrobat, Firefly, Express etc.
We are looking for a self-starter who will use their problem solving and data analysis skills to find opportunities for growth, translate those opportunities into specific initiatives, and then collaborate with product, GTM (Go To Market), analytics and marketing teams to get stuff done independently! The main measure of success for this role will be incremental recurring revenue delivered.
What you will do
• Build a robust understanding of Adobe’s products, transaction surfaces and SMB customer purchase motivations
• Understand end to end user journey and mine insights from data to build programs that improve conversion, upsell and customer retention
• Size to prioritize the initiatives and generate cross-functional buy-in to ensure teams are focused on activities that will generate the highest revenue impact
• Collaborate with Product teams to develop requirements for new user experiences that deliver the conversion, upsell or retention benefit
• Drive the new user experience testing roadmap across surfaces
• Use insights from test data in partnership with Analytics team to iterate and inform the biggest bets for the business
• Optimize messaging on customer facing surfaces to ensure a seamless purchase and post-purchase user experience
• Lead by influence a team of specialists across marketing, product, ecommerce, and analytics functions to deliver on quarterly growth targets and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth
What you need to succeed
• BS/BA with 8+ years of experience in product growth strategy, growth program management, tech product marketing or tech focused management consulting; MBA preferred
• Understanding of B2B online business models and how to test and optimize the customer experience to deliver against the quarterly and yearly revenue goals – revenue orientation is a must!
• Demonstrated excellence in conceptual thinking and data driven problem-solving. You must love data and be able to translate high-level, ambiguous business problems into actionable initiatives independently
• Skilled in navigating complexity and managing several high impact initiatives simultaneously
• Self-starter, exhibiting strong influence-based leadership in moving initiatives forward across multiple teams
• Sharp communication skills to advocate a course of action backed by data
• Strong interpersonal skills, to navigate a large matrixed organization
• Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 — $246,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
