As the Global Sr. Director, Product Management, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing product road maps, sales and marketing strategies, and driving key strategic initiatives, while providing a best-in-industry product pipeline for Fluke Health Solutions. This role will lead all aspects of the Fluke Health Solutions portfolio to achieve long-term, profitable growth by supporting and driving initiatives relating to product enhancements, price realization, channel training, and market engagement. You’ll also manage a team of Product Managers and Product Specialists based in the US and Sweden and build an inclusive culture that drives team-member engagement and passion.
Responsibilities
• Lead the Product Management Organization to develop strategy to drive revenue and profitability targets for multiple product lines
• Build and execute annual and long-term product plans and roadmaps for product categories, creating the priorities for R&D.
• Develop and execute Voice of Customer (VOC) and market research informing future product designs, enhancements, and technologies
• Execute planned products so they deliver planned specifications and cost targets on time
• Collaborate with Commercial leadership team on branding, channel, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to maximize growth
• Identify and develop strategic/new market opportunities
• Provide leadership in the development of a sustainable high performance/high commitment team and organization through use of Fluke Business System (FBS) tools and processes
Qualifications – External
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive Product Management/Commercial leadership experience in the healthcare industry
• 3+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated results building diverse and high-performing teams
• Experience defining winning products using VOC/in-bound marketing and launching them to market
• Experience performing fact based research and analysis of market, competitor and customer data
• Experience and facility working in a lean/kaizen culture, with a track record of utilizing these methodologies as a competitive advantage
• Ability to travel up to 30% – domestically and internationally
