Social Media Specialist Fulltime

We are committed to providing our guests with the highest-quality products and brands along with extensive industry expertise and exceptional customer service. We have a master jeweler who specializes in watch and jewelry repairs. Jewels In Time is honored to serve guests both locally and around the globe.

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist. The candidate needs to be proficient in the use of social media platforms to generate customer engagement, build brand awareness, and boost sales for our watch and jewelry inventory. The Social Media Specialist must understand the targeted audience for each social channel and create persuasive content that strikes a chord with the intended audience and be unique to the typical interactions of each channel. The candidate should be savvy with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and other social platforms. The position will include coordinating social media efforts with our external marketing team.

This is a full-time position located at our local showroom in Boca Raton, Florida.

Responsibilities
• Devise strategies to showcase our inventory and brand
• Create engaging copy and appropriate hashtags to go along with images
• Ensure content is appropriate for each social platform
• Create Instagram reels and videos
• Collaborate with our team on products to feature
• Coordinate efforts with our external marketing team
• Build followers on our social accounts
• Engage in community outreach
• Engage on social media by liking, following, and commenting on other local business accounts
• Respond to any social media inquiries in a positive and professional manner
• Monitor guest reviews on Google/Yelp
• Track trends and feedback received on our social channels
• Work cohesively with our external marketing team on the many emerging avenues

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
