My client is a marketing agency with a track record of success, seeking a skilled and passionate Social Media Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Manage and grow internal social media accounts to increase visibility and engagement. Develop and present social media strategies to clients and identify new opportunities for engagement. Oversee client social media accounts, ensuring consistent, engaging, and relevant content is posted according to client needs. Pitch fresh ideas and propose upcoming social media content schedules to clients. Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns that align with clients’ business objectives to grow their accounts. Write and edit compelling copy for a wide range of marketing collateral, including social media posts, websites, blogs, brochures, scripts, and promotional materials. Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and platform developments to ensure strategies remain current and effective. Collaborate with Account Managers and creatives to conceptualize and implement effective social media campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and strategic guidance.Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on social media management and copywriting. A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Outstanding written communication skills with a keen attention to detail and grammar. Proven ability to manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X). Proficiency with social media management tools for content scheduling and performance reporting. Experience in client-facing roles with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A creative, self-motivated team player with a positive, proactive attitude. Experience with influencer marketing and paid social media campaigns is a plus. Experience in the property industry is a bonus.Package: 20 days of holiday in the first year, increasing to 25 days after three years of service. Option for private healthcare and a company pension scheme.
