At TFS, you will help create best-in-class customer experiences in an innovative, collaborative environment.Who we’re looking forThe TFS Enterprise Architecture team is looking for a highly motivated and qualified SME Architect to drive building world-class solutions across the IT domains and enterprise.Reporting to the Chief Architect the person in this role must be:• A Hands-on Distributed Technology Architect, that drives the creation and adaption of technology roadmaps, patterns, and practices for the respective area of focus to build a reliable and resilient system.• A seasoned Engineer with extensive experience in migrating to and implementing cloud-based, Microservice, and even driven architectures using modern technology.• Effectively facilitates deep technology design discussions and workshops across various domains and articulates and communicates technology alternatives and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders.• Driving end-to-end automation of IT solution development life cycle – Requirements to deployment to Operations.• Using automation for operations, cutting repetitive operations tasks.• Drive the domain teams to leverage standards, reusable components, and design patterns and propose solutions to meet business needs.• Research and set paths toward the use of new and emerging technologies.What you bring• Solid Technology platform architecture experience driving highly scalable and resilient designs in a hybrid cloud environment (AWS preferred)• Experience partnering with solution/technical architects and platform enablement teams to drive and deliver end-to-end technical architecture/automation designs.• Strong background in automation technologies and frameworks that automate IT software development life cycle (Requirement to Deploy to Operations management).• Strong development, and software engineering background with hands-on experience in a modern programming language stack.• Experience and automation with core infrastructure services, autoscaling, container, and orchestration services.• Well-versed in architecting solutions using CI/CD pipelines.• Experience with Machine learning and AIOps technologies to drive IT Operations and infrastructure automation.Added bonus if you have:• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher).• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraforms, Ansible, etc.).• Domain Driven Design experience• Strong understanding of IT Security Architecture.• Fintech experience.What we’ll bringDuring your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
