ServiceNow Developer

Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their dynamic IT team. This role is ideal for a professional who is adept at managing multiple workstreams and thrives in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to enhance business operations and ensure seamless integration with various systems.

This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon.

ServiceNow Developer Responsibilities
• Review dashboards and reports to prioritize new items and monitor existing tasks.
• Collaborate on project work and handle outstanding project deliverables.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, one-on-one sessions with the manager, and project-specific discussions.
• Work closely with coworkers on shared assignments and contribute to team objectives.
• Manage and execute tasks related to Virtual Agent, Employee Center/Service Portal, and AWS integrations.
• Administer and develop capabilities in IT Operations Management (ITOM), Service Portfolio Management (SPM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Oversee and troubleshoot issues in the ServiceNow Discovery module.

ServiceNow Developer Qualifications
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including work with Virtual Agent, Employee Center/Service Portal, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Integrations, and SPM/PPM.
• Experience in administering and developing solutions within the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) framework.
• Knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external platforms, specifically AWS.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation: $90-$100/hr. (DOE)
