Your Responsibilities:
As a Service Technician Apprentice, your duties will include:
– Diagnosing and repairing garage doors and related equipment on-site.
– Educating customers on repair options and preventative measures.
– Selling services, repairs, and new equipment using our proven model.
– Managing inventory and equipment in your company-provided vehicle.
Requirements:
– Mechanical aptitude and technical skills is a plus
– Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and perform physical tasks.
– Comfort working in various environmental conditions.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Proficiency in using computers/tablets and hand tools.
