Job Description:
Join our hospitality team as a Server! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy providing a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders, provide recommendations, and ensure accuracy in order placement.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to established standards.
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with grace and professionalism.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler’s Permit or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Previous experience with POS systems.
