The Opportunity
The Adobe GenStudio team is seeking a Senior Product Manager who is motivated by applying emerging machine learning technologies in generative AI, computer vision (CV) and natural language processing (NLP) to drive product innovation in the areas of digital video and animation for high-performing customer-facing digital experiences. The role is an opportunity to define and deliver a product roadmap that enables marketers to use GenAI to easily scale up their ability to create and deliver digital experiences featuring video and animations. What you’ll Do
• Understand customer use cases and contexts, the market landscape, as well as Adobe’s portfolio of products and strategic positioning in the digital video and animations space
• Formulate a point of view on the most high-impact opportunities for the application of generative AI to solve the scaling of content production
• Help define the product strategy and roadmap for addressing the high-priority opportunities for the application of generative AI to experiences containing video and animations
• Communicate across the organization to build consensus for the product roadmap, including assessment of business impact and strategic significance
• In conjunction with the Data Science, Software Engineering, and Design teams, detail the product requirements, and then the phases of product development
• Drive Alpha and Beta programs with customers to test the new products in preparation for General Availability
• Stay on top of the emerging AI landscape by interacting with Adobe’s research community, and organize early validation of concepts through proof-of-concept engagements
• Support the development of the GTM plan and packaging of the feature or product
• Develop content for customer-facing sessions at Adobe’s top conferences
What’s needed for success
• Minimum of BS/BA in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
• 4+ years experience in Product Management
• Confirmed ability to lead directly or through influence
• Track record of success with working across multiple teams to deliver products
• Ability to scope projects, assess tradeoffs and formulate product priorities based on customer benefit
• Prior experience in 0-1 product development, demonstrating a strong ability to drive projects from concept to launch.
• Strong communication skills suited for written or verbal presentations at different levels of the organization
• Domain expertise with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence techniques for structured and unstructured data (content)
• Comfort with data analyses, A/B testing scenarios and interpreting the significance of data-related observations from the perspective of product goals
• Determined, hardworking, and innovative, with enthusiasm for tackling challenging problems with product mindset
• Experience with the engineering aspects of data pipelines, cloud infrastructure and implementing microservices preferred
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,800 — $228,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
