What You’ll Do
• Participate in interdisciplinary discussions to review patient schedules and treatments
• Conduct evaluations for new admissions
• Assess potential discharges and communicate floor programs
• Provide staff training and updates on patient progress
• Assist with wheelchair, splints, and adaptive equipment programming
• Communicate patient progress, updated goals, and status changes to families and facility staff
