Bitewell is a venture funded Food Health startup building the future of retail and ecommerce. We are a rapidly growing team and organization. As an early employee of Bitewell you have an opportunity to build a tech startup from the ground up. Built by founders with a combination of 3 exits and backed by Global VCs and major Food Tech founders.
The Bitewell core technology team is responsible for refining and building upon the framework thats been created. We are looking to bolster our technology team with a Sr. PHP developer who is ready to jump in full speed ahead.
• Enterprise scale web development in PHP.
• Experience developing application modules/plugins through an API.
• Strong experience development custom plugins for web content management tools (WordPress, Drupal, Jive).
• Familiarity and implementation of PHP OOP principles.
• Applied knowledge of PHP frameworks and CSS/JavaScript libraries.
• PROJECT: Develop an innovative and industry leading food delivery and nutrition management platform. Features are developed as PHP modules through an API built on a headless CMS framework (WordPress).
• INNOVATION: Developing out a next-generation recommendation engine using real-time data, neural algorithmic reasoning, and persona mathematics.
