The Role
The Sr Network Implementation Program Manager position will plan, schedule, coordinate, and project manage a wide variety of projects involving the construction of ISP and OSP facilities, buildings, road moves, etc. including the oversight of engineers, construction supervisors, contractors, various trade workers, project managers, etc to effectively monitor and manage quality and completion of work and resolve specific issues, as well as, to accurately report on the progress of a project. This position must ensure projects are completed with quality, on budget and within time constraints. The candidate for this role will be primarily working from home but they will need to live in the Kansas City area as they may be asked to come into the office on occasion.

What We Look For in a Candidate
Required
• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ yrs of experience or 4+ years with a Master’s Degree.
• Knowledgeable and able to work in appropriate systems and Microsoft Office
• Fluent on current approved products and technology
Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee’s primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$84,740 – $112,980 in these states: MO
As with the pay range variety that’s based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
