Qualifications
• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Experience: At least 7 years in a related field.
• Certification Required: CPA License (or equivalent in your home country).
• Preferred Certification: CPA license in your current state.
Preferred Skills
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards, with a strong understanding of industry-specific issues.
• Proven leadership abilities, including the capacity to learn from challenges and lead through uncertainty.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to link current issues to future trends and client needs.
• Expertise in advising on technical issues, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Ability to navigate global and local perspectives and effectively manage global teams.
• Proficiency in utilizing automation and digitization to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Travel Requirements: Up to 20%.
