GROWTH POSITION – STRATEGIC HR BUSINESS PARTNER – DIRECT HIRE!
THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor and manufacturer in their search for a dynamic and agile Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our client’s leadership team and drive HR strategy forward.
This position will be stationed in the Northern Metro, at our client company’s headquarters. Ideal candidates will be able to easily commute to this location and travel as needed across the country to various sites to support strategic HR functions and initiatives.
Essential Job Duties:
• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR and talent strategies focused on recruitment, retention, and employee development
• Provide expert guidance to site HR Managers and employees on complex HR issues
• Work with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver consistent HR services
• Support the talent acquisition team in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various positions
• Partner with Finance and Business Operations to manage headcount and labor cost budgets
• Analyze business metrics to understand and predict HR needs
• Oversee compensation reviews and recommend best practices
• Conduct disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Act as a culture ambassador for the company
Minimum Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. A master’s degree is highly preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years in a similar HR role, with progressive and complex HR experience required.
• Proven project management and HR initiative implementation experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Position Benefits, Location, Pay, & Schedule:
• Position stationed at client headquarters in Northern Metro
• Hybrid work schedule with 30% travel required
• Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm
• Pay starts at $175k + annual 15% bonus -depends heavily on experience.
