One way that Providence fosters inclusivity in the workplace is that we have a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, at least at my branch. I’m in Providence Home and Community Care in Portland, Oregon. So we have a DEI committee, and it’s not just for people with different skin tones. We have all kinds of different folks on the committee. And before I got on this committee a year and a half ago, I never realized that I was missing what it provides. For me, it provides a place where I can come to work and be myself and work with other people to create a culture of safety and belonging across our entire branch. And this is how I’m currently experiencing Providence fostering inclusivity.

Providence is calling a Senior Financial Analyst, Division Service Lines who will:
• Serve as an integral member of the South Division Strategic Finance and Decision Support Services Team as Service Line Analyst
• Analyze, understand and report on key financial and business trends within the South Division for our service lines
• Collect, research and organize financial and operational data to create and report standard service line analytics
• Apply advanced knowledge and skills to enhance service line reporting
• Customer service lead for all questions regarding service line analytics
• Perform difficult and complex tasks utilizing multiple different software programs
• Provide guidance, assistance and training to more junior-level analysts
• Support other South Division Teams including local Ministries, System Finance and Clinical Institute leaders

Required qualifications for this position include:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of analytical and business experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or another related field of study
• 2+ years of healthcare related experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
