Providence supports my goals by providing a educational benefit, which is a reimbursement through the Guild, and I have found this to be exceptional. I’m going back to school right now to get my BSN, and it has been completely paid for by Providence through the Guild reimbursement, and I have been very grateful for that. It takes out one more thing to think about as far as money goes when thinking about going back to school. So Providence has been great. It’s a really easy process to get done and they reimburse you within a week or two. So a pretty cool benefit, and one that you can have too if you come to work for Providence.

Providence is calling a Senior Financial Analyst who will:
• Serve as a member of the service area team
• Sit on local ministry teams to provide analytical support regarding the team’s financial performance
• Analyze, understand and report on key financial and business trends for the organization
• Collect, research and organize financial and operational data to create and report monthly financials, variances and trending analyses
• Apply advanced knowledge and skills
• Perform difficult and complex tasks
• Provides guidance, assistance and training to more junior-level analysts
• Support larger and/or more complex service area teams

Required qualifications for this position include:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years of analytical and business experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or another related field of study
• 2+ years of healthcare related experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
