Job Title: Senior Estimator
Job Description
Join a Leading Construction Manager recognized as an Indiana Best Places to Work Employer, and advance your career as a Experienced Estimator. In this role, you will support Account Executives and Project Managers from estimating through completed construction contracts. Your tasks will include preparing quantity surveys, reviewing site conditions, performing pricing, and working closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors. You will also engage in project buyouts, value engineering, and constructability reviews while representing our team in communications with Owners, Architects, and Engineers. Projects will be primarily located in Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois.
Hard Skills
• Experienced in Sage Estimating
• Proficient in On Screen Take Off software
• Ability to estimate civil, structural, and architectural scopes independently
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience in non-residential/multifamily field, self-perform estimating, GC hard-bid, and precon/budgeting

This is a contract position with a duration of 9 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully remote position.
Work Environment
The position starts in our Indianapolis office to familiarize with the team and processes, which could take a week or longer depending on the candidate’s skill level. Once acclimated, the role is fully remote, with travel to Indiana potentially once or twice a year for bid/client-related meetings
