About the team
We serve large and fast-growing companies targeting internet-led multinationals with complex payment needs supported by vertical expertise in their eCommerce business. Their solutions also provide local in-store, online and mobile payment acceptance solutions for merchants, from large corporates to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs/SMBs) and micro merchants with a focus on integrated payments for SMEs/SMBs.
Worldpay’s Strategy & Growth team is a best-in-class strategy team who accelerate growth and continue to evolve all aspects of Worldpay’ business. We are seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships with a focus on Product Partnerships to manage both existing partnerships and to grow through new partnerships. This is a global position and will report directly to the SVP of Strategic Partnerships.
What you will be doing
As the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships, you will lead a team with oversight of third-party product spend and commercialization of partnerships. You will be proactive and lead a thorough process for identification and selection of long-term partners, cultivating opportunities to advance go-to-market timelines and increase product impact and coverage.
• You will craft and own Worldpay’s product partner strategy and roadmap in the context of the overall product and corporate strategy
• Relationship management of existing partnerships, and oversight of growth of new partnerships across all of Worldpay’s product categories
• Lead commercial excellence in negotiations, deal structuring, and the establishment of new product partnerships
• Foster early relationships with disruptors to create investment and partnership optionality for Worldpay
• Active management and focus on commercial growth with product partners over the life of the partnership
• You will lead a team of talented individuals to manage the overall relationships with Product focused partners
What you bring
• You will be a highly experienced Product or Partnerships professional with in-depth knowledge of the payments industry and the broader eco-system
• An understanding of new payments offerings, the emerging payments landscape and policies
• Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• A creative problem solver who is innovative in the way they approach partnership opportunities
• A strong sense of team and a willingness to play a part in the growth of your colleagues
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and management across technical and business functions across Worldpay as well as client/partner organizations

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $171,910.00 – $288,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
