Job Title: Senior Data Scientist – GenAI Leader
Working for a global industrial manufacturing company.
Overview: As a Data Scientist specializing in GenAI, you will take charge of the entire AI development lifecycle. This includes refining the product vision, gathering requirements, project planning, software system design, coding, testing, releasing, deploying, and supporting analytical solutions.
Education & Experience Required:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience with a Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a closely related field.
Technical Skills: (Required)
• At least 5 years of production-grade AI/ML enterprise experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing and developing complex ML applications in Python.
• Expertise in ML architectural patterns for cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
• Proven skills in ML Ops, inference optimization, and deploying ML in containers.
• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering GenAI solutions, including all necessary underlying components and integrations.
• Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks, libraries, and methodologies such as GPT, GANs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
• Experience with deep learning architectures and techniques.
• In-depth understanding of DevOps and MLOps practices.
GenAI Specific Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of AI and GenAI domains, including embeddings and theoretical aspects.
• Experience working with RAG, vector stores, and semantic search.
• Proficiency in multimodal models.
• Strong expertise in building validation and quality frameworks for GenAI inference.
• Experience in fine-tuning and deploying LLM models.
• Proficiency in GPU optimization.
