Proactively research claims data and communicate, coordinate and monitor information with insured’s and carrier adjusters for a timely resolution and in compliance with company service standards. Provides advanced administrative support and clerical duties including daily mail, e-mail, faxes and maintenance of claim files. Keep Account Executive, Claims Advocates/Consultant and other team members/stakeholders informed of issues regarding the claims, claims process and carrier relationships.
