The Opportunity
The Global Growth & Digital Sales team at Adobe ensures customers achieve success relative to their intent and derive meaningful membership value, while delivering Adobe shareholder value seen in ARR growth and critical metric performance improvements.
The team is responsible for the net ARR outcome and drives insight to action across all global markets. This includes driving digital growth strategy building and monetizing via key business levers such as promotional strategy, trial and free customer conversion, add-on/up-sell and customer retention in core owned surfaces. This role will help support the team in managing and delivering operations efficiency, driving core strategic projects and playing a Chief of Staff role for the VP of this team.
What You’ll Do
• Drive incubation stage of core strategic projects in partnership with this team and core cross-functional collaborators
• Breakdown complex business activities into simple frameworks. Understand the risks and opportunities and be able to communicate the plans to Senior Management
• Partner with Finance and other teams to manage and plan for all planning processes such as quarterly and annual planning – collecting and sharing team requests that need to fall into a quarterly Product roadmap for example
• Establish core Exec communication such as newsletters or recaps from core executive meetings and forums to capture follow-ups and hold teams accountable to next steps
• Help build and foster team culture
• Understand core processes and help streamline operations to increase team efficiency
What You Need to Succeed
• Proven experience (10+ years) driving business strategy and operations in heavily matrixed orgs
• Consulting experience preferably focusing on Transformation/Strategy/Operations projects
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes. Gleans insights from data and translates them into actions.
• Fast learner. Rapidly assesses a problem, evaluates options and drives timely decision-making
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, complex, and multifaceted environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
• Enthusiastic, positive and creative attitude! Outstanding presentation & communication skills (both verbal and written), including storytelling.
• Biased to action; driving decisions and deliverables with a sense of urgency and accountability
• Influential; forging relationships and communicating effectively and persuasively, both internally and with partners
• Innovative; thinking creatively to solve problems and address business needs
• Understands how to operate within an international team.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $104,000 — $226,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
