Key Responsibilities
• Advocate for the effective utilization of technical services to address critical business challenges across the enterprise.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on intricate business intelligence projects, delivering invaluable technical assistance.
• Engage in strategic planning initiatives for ODA’s Data Visualization and Business Intelligence team.
• Contribute to the formulation of technical standards and policies tailored to the needs of clients and stakeholders.
• Facilitate quality improvement initiatives and recommend best practices.
• Lead projects, offering direction, mentorship, and training to fellow analysts.
• Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with data visualization agencies to fulfill their business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with various teams, including Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Governance, to bolster data governance and visualization practices.
• Support the Data Visualization/Business Intelligence team in dashboard development as necessary.
