EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: DAU or equivalent courses: JCIDS CLR 101 Requirements Management RQM 110 Capabilities Based Assessment CLR 250 Developing Key Performance Parameters CLR 252 Market Research CLC 004 Analysis of Alternatives CLR 151 BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Former or current Rated Army Aviator with at least eight (8) years of Army Aviation flight/combat operations experience is required. Senior or Master rated Army Aviator within a reconnaissance/attack, assault, or general support aviation battalion; or higher aviation echelons ranging from 35 to 600 personnel. Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in capability management / combat developments is required. Experience in planning, executing, and facilitating Joint Working Groups. Experience as a Team Lead conducting Aviation studies and/or operational test events with experience in developing capabilities and evaluating technologies. Products must be written at the graduate level for the Government. CLEARANCE LEVEL: Active Secret Security Clearance DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Battalion, Brigade or higher (equivalents included) Operations and/or Executive Officer staff officer experience. Tactical staff experience within Army Aviation reconnaissance/attack, assault, or general support aviation battalion: planning, training, and execution; or higher echelon aviation organizations. FOCUSED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Tactical Army Aviation operational experience in a combat environment. Battalion, Brigade or higher (equivalents included) Operations and/or Executive Officer staff officer experience. Command and General Staff College/ Intermediate-Level Education (CGSC/ILE) or Warrant Officer Senior Staff Course/WOILE graduate. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Primarily in an office environment. Some travel is anticipated under this contract. Potential for partial telework under COVID, however must be local commuting area or willing to relocate.
