Job Summary
Under general supervision, uses knowledge and skills obtained through education and/or experience to manage the firm’s enterprise environmental, risk, and governance (“ESG”) program. Supports management of complex projects that are broad in nature with responsibility for recommending solutions and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Maintains contact with business leaders across the firm in order to perform job duties.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Works cross-functionally with leaders to ensure implementation of the enterprise ESG strategy and manage related internal status reporting efforts.
• Monitors ESG program metrics, maintaining internal scorecards for the ESG Committee and enterprise ESG program.
• Prepares materials for a variety of senior-level meetings, including the quarterly RJF ESG Committee and RJF Board of Directors. Takes and maintains meeting minutes during such meetings.
• Collaborates with associates and management at all levels of the firm.
• Stays abreast of evolving ESG national and regional regulatory requirements, as well as evolving ESG trends and best practices.
• Participates in meetings, as well as develops presentations for executive management.
• Builds and maintains key relationships with stakeholders demonstrating a culture of engagement and assistance.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge of
• The firm’s working structure, policies, mission, and strategies.
• ESG initiatives, frameworks, and ratings systems such as the IFRS Standards 1 and 2, Taskforce for Climate-Related Financial Disclosures and CDP.
• Finance and investor landscape as it relates to ESG.
Skill in
• Project management.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Identifying trends and implementing appropriate action plans.
• Strong communication and writing skills, with attention to detail and appreciation for documenting processes and procedures.
• Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication and spreadsheets.
• Interpreting and applying policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to be able to multi task, complete projects on time and on budget, and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
Education/Previous Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Finance or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in financial services, ideally in ESG, sustainability, corporate finance, consulting, auditing, or equity research.
