Senior Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support multiple Senior Directors and their teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and an ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Senior Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars for multiple senior directors, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization.
• Coordinate and oversee both onsite and offsite corporate events, managing logistics and attendee communications.
• Produce, edit, and reformat documents, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.
• Prepare and manage expense reports and purchase orders with precision and timeliness.
• Arrange domestic and international travel plans for senior management, providing end-to-end coordination to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Support a diverse team, adapting to various management styles and interacting professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple platforms, ensuring clear and effective exchange of information.
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Senior Administrative Assistant Qualifications
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
• Expertise in calendar management and office logistics.
• Proven ability to take initiative, follow through on requests to completion, and anticipate the needs of leaders.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities in an ambiguous and results-oriented environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Positive and energetic demeanor with a strong commitment to achieving team goals.
Compensation: $19.02-$24.65/hr. (DOE)
