Directly reporting to the Pricing Manager Sea Logistics, Northeast USA and is working with the Sales Team, Accounts owners, business operations and Sea freight Trade Managers to support set growth and profit based targets for the North East Area in USA. Create analytical dashboards and gap analysis to monitor and guide improvements in productivity, carriers and customer performances. Formulate and manage replies to mid-size regional bid (RFQs) and spot quotations requests Manages the booking authorization process in coordination with the origin country and in alignment with the pricing and carrier strategy established for the North East Area in USA. Your Responsibilities
• You will work within the Northeast Pricing Team
to formulate Responses to local/regional RFQs and local spot pricing
requests.
• Manage pricing updates for existing
customers (rates extension and/or revision, monthly market GRI’s (General
Rates Increases), quarterly bunker updates (BAF/BUC) etc.).
• Work closely with Pricing and Yield
Managers to develop pricing strategies for new/ existing customers.
• Work closely with Trade Managers to
monitor trends and carrier performance on all trade lanes.
• Create/maintain analytical dashboards to
monitor and guide improvements in productivity, carriers and customer
performances.
• You will monitor main Key Performance Indicator’s which include number of quotes, turnaround time, win
ratio, volume performance against set minimum quantity commitments (MQC), booking adherence to contractual agreements & Carrier performance
against committed space allocation.
Your Skills and Experiences
• 1+ years’ experience in the logistics industry (Import/Export)
• 1+ years’ experience in Customer Service
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• You have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• You have the ability to work a hybrid schedule requiring you to report onsite 4 days per week

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
