Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist, Import to join our Sea Logistics team. Your Role
Reporting to the Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager, you will support our customers by providing helpful information, and providing solutions on a timely basis regarding our customers’ concerns and questions. You will be the customer advocate for both our US Operational Care Center and our overseas Customer Care Locations to help ensure that customers’ Customer Satisfaction Promise is fulfilled. Your Responsibilities
• You will
provide proactive consultancy to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support
customer development & maintenance
• You will
collaborate management, Sea Logistics operations (Operational Care
Center), and sales to ensure we are providing an enhanced customer
experience.
• You will be
involved in Financial Excellence & Development to monitor revenue
versus costs.
• You will also
provide Kuehne+Nagel price quotations and updates, setting the final
selling price with individual adjustments
• You will be
responsible for integrating and maintaining customer data into Kuehne+Nagel
systems.
• This Establish
and build Customer relationships while supporting the Kuehne+Nagel Sales
team.
• Reporting
(refining and reviewing Customer requested reports generated from
Kuehne+Nagel Systems)
Your Skills and Experiences
• 2+ years’ relevant experience in Sea Logistics.
• 2+ years’ relevant experience with processing Full Container Load (FCL) and Less Than Container Load (LCL) shipments.
• You have the ability to work a hybrid schedule which requires you to report to the office 4 days and work remotely 1 day.
• You have the ability to travel.
• Good working knowledge of domestic and international geography including countries, major cities, seaport.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. Administration Regulations (FAA, FMC, EAR, Hazmat) and other government agency requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; and PC skills.
