The Role
QuidelOrtho is seeking a highly skilled SAP Lead -Treasury & FICO Functional Analyst with extensive hands-on experience in product costing and other areas of SAP Finance. This position is responsible for the corporate financial information technology activities in the following areas: systems analysis, design and development, SAP configuration, Cross functional integration, master data governance, security design and IT project management.
The SAP Lead- Treasury & FICO Analyst will interact across finance and business functions, and partner with finance to provide system, process, and project management support to the Finance organization. Will actively be involved in continuously improving the Finance and Controlling processes by leveraging SAP FICO functionality. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of SAP FICO modules and System Integrators to design, build and configure SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and interact with customers to define business Requirements for Reporting, write and validate functional specifications, and deliver complex solutions. Ensure timely, cost-effective and successful SAP implementations. Perform SIT, UAT, Load & Performance and Launch activities, as well as on-site hyper care support for all implementations.
This person will work in hybrid schedule based out of our Raritan, NJ office (roughly 1-2 days onsite).
The Responsibilities
• Design, configure and architect technical solutions in the areas of SAP FICO- GL, AP, AR, FA, CO-CCA, CO-PC, CO-PA and integration with SD and MM. Apart from FICO, we also need someone who as experience with the SAP Treasury modules (Preferably S4) to understand the various modules such as Cash Liquidity, EBS and Payments, Risk Management, and In House Cash for netting and cash settlements.
• Understand the current system design and landscape quickly and start working on building and modifying the functional specifications for complex interfaces.
• Lead cross functional business process design sessions and ensure creation of functional and technical requirements and process design flows.
• Production support lead: Manage month end and year end close costing activities Coordinate with cross functional teams for cost roll up and annual planning.
• Manage and resolve any production issues or other project requirements in the SAP Treasury and FICO areas.
• Partner with the Global Information Services colleagues as a key liaison point for future systems, and to manage projects, programs, and new solutions through to deployment.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
The Individual
Required
• Bachelor’s in computer science, related field or equivalent experience. CPA/MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7+ years project and/or support/ Lead experience in SAP FICO and treasury.
• 5+ years experience configuring SAP TRM module.
• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end SAP implementations experience in SAP Treasury/FICO.
• Deep knowledge and hands on experience in solution design in the areas of GL, AP, Product costing, COPA, Fixed assets, Internal orders and SD and MM account determination.
• Working experience in Inventory management, master data governance, interfaces design and supply chain finance related end to end processes design.
• Candidate must have experience in designing accounting interfaces between ERP systems and should be able to understand accounting flow of transactions.
• Bank Account Management (BAM), Bank Communication Management (BAM), Bank Statements Monitor and Reconciliations, Cash Management, FX, Hedging, and Central Payments (PAY)
• Should have Project and/or support experience utilizing and configuring the SAP FICO module with a heavy focus in Product costing, Fixed Assets, Internal Order Accounting, Cost/Profit Center Accounting, General Ledger, and P2P & OTC processes.
• Well experienced in design and deployment of custom interfaces through SAP-PI and Custom reports.
• Excellent level of knowledge and grasp in understanding and developing Functional Specifications for Custom objects.
• Self – starter and leader in driving the requirement turn out to successful deliverables as per the set standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimal travel required, less than 5% domestically.
Preferred
• PMP certification.
• Experience in Account determination of goods movement, product costing, material ledger and actual costing.
• Experience in SAP S/4 Hana with FIORI and central finance.
• Experience in Agile methodology and delivering projects in multiple Sprints.

The Work Environment
No strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials is required. 30% of time in meetings, working with team, or talking on the phone, 70% of the time at the desk on computer, doing analytical work. Minimal travel required. Travel includes airplane, automobile travel and overnight hotel.
Salary Transparency
The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $108,000 to $183,000 and is bonus eligible. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time), and paid Holidays.
