Position Overview:
Control Air Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Sales Manager to join our Service Division at our Northern Division office in Hayward, California. We are looking for exceptional individuals with 5+ years of experience in service sales management (a bachelor’s degree is a plus but not a requirement) to work in our professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the service sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Solicit and secure new business, maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Regularly visit and maintain consistent communication with key accounts.
• Oversee job costing, including securing material costs and compiling final project submittal prices using our computerized estimating system.
• Generate and manage contracts/proposals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Control costs of various contracts, ensuring projects meet or exceed profit objectives.
• Establish and maintain required documentation for successful project tracking.
• Stay proficient with all software programs utilized in daily business operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team.
• Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
• Proven ability to multi-task and maintain focus in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong cold calling and client acquisition skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, Excel, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and inspire a sales team.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.

Pay Range: $90,000 to $160,000 Salary
