Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives.
• Create and manage your own sales team upon reaching personal and company goals within 6-12 months.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and market conditions to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
