Expedited Air Freight – Sales Hunter (Book of Business NEEDED)
Remote Salary: $60k – 250k (commission negotiable)
Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will drive revenue by generating new business, developing your sales funnel, building relationships, and closing sales. Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure operational support for clients. Success in this role requires persistence, resilience, proactiveness, and a drive to exceed goals.
Responsibilities:
• Generate revenue by onboarding new clients, with a focus on Expedited Air.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
• Conduct pricing, negotiate rates, and manage RFP’s.
• Track metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Maintain open communication with the operations team.
• Analyze clients’ supply chain to expand service offerings.
• Actively generate new sales leads and convert them into revenue-generating accounts.
• Travel as required.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in 3PL/Logistics/freight brokerage sales.
• Proficiency in full sales cycle, including deal closing.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Annual book of business revenue of $5m – $20m.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving orientation, seeking to create awareness and collaborate on solutions.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of operations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
