Requirements
Domain Expert. MUST have experience and expert with (Force Management and MEDDPICC) and essential selling skills/ In-depth understanding of sales processes and challenges commonly faced in the Enterprise sales cycle

Create visual learning assets and just in time learning with our digital assets.
Create Dynamic sales training sessions and workshops that engage and motivate the team, effectively delivering key concepts and techniques for improved sales performance.
• Provide hands-on coaching to sales reps, including coaching on call strategy and conducting mock sales exercises, to reinforce learning and improve practical selling skills
• Develop comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales reps that cover product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, and effective selling techniques
• Work closely with sales managers to align strategies, identify training needs, optimize sales processes, and assess skill gaps within the organization
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales operations, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications:
• 3 plus years of proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role, ideally within a SaaS environment. Previous experience as an account executive and/or sales manager highly preferred
• Expertise in Force Management is a MUST as you will be implementing comprehensive sales training programs, including workshops, e-learning, and hands-on coaching
• Manage and develop role specific enablement programs in order to improve rep effectiveness and professional development
• Produce high quality and effective enablement content for the team including training courses, battlecards, and certifications.
• Develop internal initiatives to impact our Commercial culture and increase employee retention including events, mentorship programs, and internal recognition programs. You will be responsible for Annual Sales Kick off events
• A day in the life will rarely be the same, moving from training new hires to assessing knowledge gaps and building programs for the team to ensure everyone in the organization is successful
• 2+ years in Sales Enablement demonstrating success managing complex projects from start to finish
• Experience managing, administering, and creating content in a learning management, and content management system
• Experience assisting the design and execution of engaging on-demand and live learning content
• Experience onboarding and training Experience with with tools like: Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Bigtincan and Brainshark
