SALES COORDINATOR – CLEAN ENERGY GROUP
We’re looking for a customer service oriented and energetic Sales Coordinator to join our growing company! This key role will provide overall support to the entire team ensuring the successful execution of the event.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Responsible for providing regular and timely sales activity reports to team members
• Submitting Sales Team invoices to accounts payable
• Route all inbound leads and other customer inquiries to appropriate salesperson or internal resources with a focus on customer service; monitor sales inbox for these inquiries
• Responsible for collaborating with marketing and design teams to submit pertinent sales items for the creation of onsite signage and other event documents
• Monitor sponsor event registration using the Swoogo platform, including tracking registration data and communicating with sponsors assisting in the registration process
• Assemble yearly sales review documents including event and digital purchases
• Support the sales of digital products by scheduling digital purchases as well as collecting deliverables. Provide lead reports and support to sponsors.
• Record and organize digital revenue and KPI data
• Monitor hosted buyer registration and assist hosted buyers in completion of registration details
• Provide regular and timely hosted buyer reports to team members including up to date reports concerning air travel, hotel, and ground transportation
• Communication with third party travel booking agency to coordinate hosted buyer air travel
• Communicate often with event sponsors with a focus on customer service
• Manage show shipment for the sales team
• Collaborate with Operations and Events Teams to create staging guides

The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment focused on ISNA. This person enjoys work that involves heavy communication with event sponsors, fellow team members and third-party booking agency. Experience with the following software will be very helpful: Smartsheet, Salesforce, Netsuite, Workfront, Microsoft Teams planner.
