Position Overview: We are seeking a highly self motivated Sales Assistant with previous sales experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within the industry. Proficiency in Power BI and other coding/reporting software is essential. The Sales Assistant will be trained by our Senior Sales Associates and will transition into a Sales Associate.
Location: Commerce City, CO with opportunity to travel (Office & Field)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2-4 years of professional experience
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills and Experience:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, along with Power BI High, Python, or other coding tools
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Adhere to deadlines in a rapid changing environment without losing accuracy
• Analytical, detail-driven, problem-solver
• Support a team management work ethic
• Ability to establish and maintain books of business
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with our Senior Sales Associate to understand and implement the sales process
• Train underneath Senior Sales Associates to help with order submission, report generations, prospecting, and the entire sales process
• Assist sales staff with reports using Power BI and Excel
• Assist sales in everyday tasks
• Assist in order submission, report generations
• Prospecting, cold and warm markets
• Develop presentations to new and existing clients
• Ability to achieve sales objectives on a plan of success designed specifically for you
• Ability to exhibit detailed product knowledge when assessing customer’s needs and offering solutions from over 6,000 products
• Attend monthly sales meetings
• Ability to work within a CRM
