HK Technologies in Salem, Ohio (Youngstown-Warren area) specializes in providing fine mesh vibratory sieves and sifters for sifting operations. Our goal is to make sifting operations better!
Our machines use vibration and mesh screens to separate materials by particle size. Our main industries of focus are powdered metals for additive manufacturing (AM), agriculture, ceramics, abrasives, plastic, recycling, and food.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales And Service teammate at HK Technologies. The role requires creating new and handling inbound leads, sizing and selecting equipment for the application, cost estimating, and quote document creation on our platform (PandaDoc), tracking quoted activities through our CRM platform (HubSpot), entering orders in our ERP platform (Fishbowl) and supporting the team to meet companywide goals for revenue growth, gross margin, and on-time shipments.
The person in this role will be working with the Marketing team for ideas on content creation and lead generation campaigns for the revenue growth goal, collaborating with the Engineering team for design concepts within our standard sandbox to meet and exceed margin targets, coordinating with the Operations team for accurate deliveries to meet our on-time shipment goals and align with our customer’s goals for when they need to have our machines in production.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of direct sales and service experience, preferably in fabricated material handling products
• 4-year college degree (or equivalent) with science or technical track preferred
• Strong written, spoken, and presentation communication skills
• Ambition for improvement
• Strong sales process tracking and forecasting abilities
• Analytical mind focused on problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in a teamwork environment
• Able to travel up to 50%
