Overall Purpose Of The Role
As a BSH (Bosch & Siemens) Sales Advisor for Floorcare & Small Appliances, you will be forming part of a diverse and knowledgeable team of sales enthusiasts, dedicated to delivering exceptional product guidance for our client, BSH Group. Your primary responsibility is to be the go-to person for customers visiting John Lewis & Partners looking for vacuums & floorcare items, serving as an invaluable resource for product knowledge, troubleshooting usage issues, and ultimately driving sales. Our primary focus is showcasing and selling Bosch’s floorcare products, with a secondary focus on Siemens coffee machines and other small appliances. It is vital to ensure each customer feels valued and understood through your deep understanding of the entire product range and solution-oriented approach. Beyond direct customer interaction, you may also contribute to growing opportunities for the brands in the store in which you are based.

What We Offer
• Hourly rate – £14.35
• Uncapped commission
• Contract 3 days – Fri/Sat/Sun (19 working hours)
• Overtime likely available on Thursdays (7hrs) between October-January
• Contract length – Permanent
• Probation period – 3 months
• Holidays- pro rata based on 22 days plus bank hols (based on a full time hours)
