• Position requires travel throughout the area market. Master’s degree and minimum of two years of leadership experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical professional development for assigned market to ensure the consistent alignment, delivery, performance, and evaluation of multi-faceted clinical professional development programs.
• Manage clinical professional development teams to achieve organizational goals and provide access to clinical learning delivery, performance, and programs.
• Oversee program quality, analysis of program effectiveness, and overall efficacy of clinical education in achieving strategic business priorities.
• Collaborate with others to create and conduct needs assessments that provide meaningful data to leaders to ensure alignment of clinical professional development operations with the organization’s strategic
priorities.
• Participate in the development of clinical professional development services with budget stewardship to ensure alignment with organizational needs and strategic direction.
Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of
Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition “Compact State” obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
• Master’s degree or combination of Bachelor’s degree and experience preferred.
