This position is responsible for supporting pricing strategies across brands to drive profitable growth for brands within the Inspire portfolio. This includes, but is not limited to, support for menu pricing adjustments, analysis of financial and customer performance with respect to pricing, and evaluation of market competitiveness. The ideal candidate will be experienced in driving projects to completion in support of sustainable processes, understanding the steps and processes required to operationalize analyses, and conducting in-depth market analyses.
This position sits in our Atlanta Support Center, with the expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with cross-functional partners to execute pricing strategies in the market.
• Manage the execution and delivery of analytics and reporting to the brand teams based on their needs.
• Develop scalable analytics to answer business questions and create revenue management strategies that apply across brands (e.g., approach to pricing new items, optimizing pricing relationships, competitor pricing evaluation, and strategy).
• Research macroeconomic and industry trends that impact the pricing approach for the Inspire portfolio.
• Continually scrutinize current analytic processes to develop and implement improved, efficient, and insightful processes.
• Work with stakeholders to align on analytics approaches and influence the adoption of revenue management strategies.
• Create processes and products to enable brand stakeholders and analytics teams to operate more effectively and efficiently.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
• 4-year Degree required.
• Minimum: 1+ years of experience in data and analytics, business analytics, pricing, finance, marketing analytics, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and conducting in-depth analysis to deliver strategic insights to businesses.
• Demonstrated experience executing/implementing strategies in the market.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, marketing analytics, or related fields.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, filtering, etc.), strong database skills (e.g., SQL, Access, etc.), and experience with Power BI.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, coordinate work to be completed, and identify potential roadblocks to project success.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet project deadlines.
• Inquisitive nature, constantly looking for innovative solutions to challenging questions.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to understand business drivers and utilize data to drive desired business results.
