We are seeking experience developing AWS Lambdas and step functions, Amazon EventBridge, CloudWatch, AWS AppConfig, and AWS DocumentDB.You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:• Design and develop scalable AWS Lambdas, step functions and associated deliverables in the AWS cloud platform using: AWS Lambdas and step functions, Amazon EventBridge, CloudWatch, AWS AppConfig,ASL, and AWS DocumentDB• Deploy and Integrate the Ordering cloud solutions with our associated core apis teams such as- communications, catalog and shipping services• Good understanding of security protocols (e.g. OAuth, SAML)• Create build and deployment pipelines for APIs using appropriate tools to implement Continuous integration and continuous deployment• Support end-end management of the APIs over their entire lifecycle• Work with various application teams to understand their business needs and requirements for the API implementation• Work closely with the Architecture team on Order Orchestration specific designs• Ensure Ordering documentation is created and remains up to date• Ensure code and design quality with appropriate logging, monitoring, tracing, and security standards in place• Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the OO platform and API deployments• Create build and deployment pipelines for OO lamda’s using appropriate tools to implement Continuous integration and continuous deploymentSkills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field and 4+ years of experience in the development, and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions based on Java Technologies (Java, J2EE, Web Services), or equivalent experience• 4+ years of experience in the development, and implementation of Amazon Cloud solutions: AWS Lambdas and step functions, Amazon EventBridge, CloudWatch, AWS AppConfig, ASL, and AWS DocumentDB enterprise-wide solutions based on Java Technologies (Java, J2EE, Web Services, Spring, Spring Boot)Skills and Qualifications:• Experience with AWS cloud products• Demonstrated knowledge of test-driven development practices and experience with any of the version control tools such as GitLab, and Continuous Integrations with various CI/CD tools• Experience with Swagger/Swagger Hub• Experience with API Gateway & Management, e.g. Apigee• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes• Perform root cause analysis for Production issues and come up with solutions that will prevent them from happening in the future• Governance, Event Driven Architecture, message-based architectures, and caching strategies and frameworks• Participate and contribute in grooming technical user stories impacting integration Excellent analytical, oral, written communication, and presentation skills with the ability to interact with global delivery technical teams• Experience in Agile methodologies – Kanban or SCRUMSalary RangesCompensation: $96,250.00/Year – $158,125.00/YearBenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.The base pay range shown is a guideline.
