Salary: $60,000 per year
Schedule: Monday – Friday

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Residential Program Manager to join our team in Danbury and New Milford.
Position Overview:
As the Residential Program Manager, you will oversee the direct care staff within our condo-style apartments, ensuring the highest quality of care and support for our individuals. You will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations, stepping in when needed, and ensuring effective communication with vendors, employers, appointments, and families.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support direct care staff in delivering quality care to residents.Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure their well-being.Facilitate communication with vendors, employers, and appointments.Maintain strong communication with residents’ families and ensure their involvement.Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Step in as needed to provide direct care and support to residents.Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures. Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related fieldValid Driver’s LicenseExperience in direct care or human services, preferably with individuals with mental health needs.Strong leadership and communication skills.Patience, flexibility, and a willingness to be hands-on.Ability to effectively manage and support a diverse team.Commitment to the mission and values of Ability Beyond.
