Key Responsibilities
• Oversee operational accounting and controllership functions.
• Facilitate the financial statement close processes.
• Prepare for external audits and conduct financial statement reviews.
• Manage general ledger accounting and outsourced accounting services.
• Administer standard costing and inventory accounting processes.
Required Skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with a Big 4 accounting firm or similarly prestigious organization.
• Strong motivation to engage with a diverse range of clients and deliver comprehensive financial and operational services.
• Detail-oriented mindset, thriving in a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively serve as the primary client liaison.
• Passion for resolving operational accounting challenges and a commitment to ongoing learning in the field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
