Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Work Hours/Shift:
Full Time / Day 8am-5pm with call 1 time/week.
Location Address: Work Office in Altamonte Springs.
Coverage Area: East Orlando, UCF, Geneva, and Avalon.

The role you’ll contribute:
The Patient Care Manager is responsible for the management of multiple team(s) of clinical and support staff providing hospice and palliative care to an assigned case load of patients. The position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all staff on their assigned team.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Associates Degree.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse including three years supervisory experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted at the discretion of the Administrator.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Home health and/or acute care nursing experience.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
A clear/active Florida Registered Nurse license.
Basic Life Support Certification.
Maintain a current, valid Florida Driver’s License in good standing with a safe driving record and a reliable vehicle.
Maintain valid personal automobile insurance.
